The Jensen Beach Group is doctors, lawyers, mechanics, medics, cooks, clerks, nurses, school  teachers, firemen, and policemen; they are over age surfers, balding ex-hippies, soccer  moms, den mothers, business owners, and shop keepers.

They also include volunteers of our local charities, and the people who have come to the aid of others when disasters have occurred,

They are retired and they are just starting life; They are in their 20̓s and in their 80̓s; They are snow birds and They are 'Florida Crackers'; Their children are grown, and They have young families. They have lived here for a few years; and They have lived here for generations.

They have fought wars and They have protested wars.

They are behind you in line at Publix and sit next to you in church. They are members of your P.T.A. and they are volunteers at the library.

They live in million dollar homes and They live in mobile homes.

They have a sense of community pride and history that unites them in a way few communities rarely unite even though their community that has no charter, no mayor and no council.

They embrace development that compliments their community and feverishly oppose development that would urbanize “Their Village”. They are property owners and trusties of the Land and Heritage of this area. In an era of urbanization and concrete canyons, they are “Small Town America”.

They Are Your Concerned Neighbors!

They have bonded together to protect the quality of life that bought them to Jensen Beach & Martin County, Florida.
